SERVICES OVERVIEW
Chrysalis Beauté is a medical aesthetics practice operating in Ontario, Canada. The services we provide include, but are not limited to: aesthetic consultations, neuromodulator injections (such as Botox and Dysport), dermal filler treatments, skin treatments, post-treatment care, and related medical aesthetic services.
All treatments are performed by a licensed nurse injector and require an in-person consultation, medical history review, and signed informed consent prior to administration.

CONSULTATIONS, BOOKINGS, AND TREATMENTS
Consultation Required

Non-Binding Quotes
Pricing information provided through our website, marketing materials, or initial inquiries is preliminary and may be adjusted based on the specific treatment plan determined during your consultation. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to treatment.
Appointment Booking and Cancellation
- All appointments must be booked in advance through approved channels (website, phone, SMS, or in person)
- We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
- Deposits, where required, are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment
Right to Decline Treatment
We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment if, in our professional judgment, the treatment is not appropriate for you based on your medical history, current condition, expectations, or any other relevant factor.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept commonly used payment methods. All sales of completed services are final. Refunds are not provided for treatments that have been administered.
